How to get recognition

Procedure

The University should:

  1. Complete the Checklist* for each Programme separately (see button below).
  2. Once the Checklist has been completed and all required appendices have been uploaded, the School should contact the National Association in its country and request its support for the application.
  3. If the National Association considers that the Landscape Architecture Programme should be recognised by IFLA Europe, it should provide a letter of recommendation/support.
  4. The IFLA Europe School Recognition Panel, led by the Vice President for Education, will initiate the assessment process.

* The checklist includes:

  • Uploading Appendix 1: Programme content and curriculum, including detailed descriptions of the individual Landscape Architecture modules/courses (in English).
  • Uploading Appendix 2: CVs of staff teaching Landscape Architecture subjects related to the Programme to be recognised (see button below for the IFLA Europe template).
  • Uploading Appendix 3: Representative examples of student work.
