IFLA Europe is administered by an Executive Council (ExCo) elected by the General Assembly. The ExCo comprise a minimum of six officers whose term of office lasts a minimum period of two years.

IFLA Europe Working Groups are constituted to work on one or more specific projects, surveys and/or actions initiated by one of the IFLA Europe Committees. Those projects, surveys and/or actions have a clear start and endpoint in time.
The staff of IFLA Europe provide essential operational support to the General Assembly and the Executive Council. They coordinate policy engagement, manage projects, meetings and events, maintain stakeholder relations, and take care of the financial administration. They are our reliable, professional backbone that turns the organisation’s vision into measurable outcomes.
